This article explains how to access Help resources in the Onclusive Unified Platform.
The platform includes built-in support tools that allow you to quickly find documentation, explore features, or contact the support team. Help content automatically adapts to the module you are currently using so that the guidance matches the tools visible on your screen.
Access Help
You can open the help space directly from the platform interface.
Open the module you want to work in.
In the left navigation bar, click the Help icon at the bottom.
The help panel opens and displays the support options available for the module you are currently using.
Because the help system detects your active module, it shows documentation and guidance relevant to the features visible on your screen.
For example:
In the Review module, help content focuses on coverage monitoring, press reviews, and media analysis.
In the Mention module, help content focuses on monitoring searches, filters, and coverage analytics.
