This article explains how to log in to the Onclusive Unified Platform, how module access works, how to change your password, and how to log out of the platform.
The Unified Platform allows you to access multiple Onclusive modules from a single interface. You sign in once and can switch between the modules available in your organisation’s subscription.
Login
You can log in to the platform using the same credentials you used previously. No new account is required.
You can access the platform through the login page of any module:
Mention: https://360.onclusive.com/
Contact: https://admin.prgloo.com/login/
To log in:
Open the login page for one of the modules.
Enter your email address.
Enter your password.
Click ‘Log in’.
After signing in, the platform opens with the global navigation bar on the left side of the interface. From this navigation, you can switch between the modules available to you.
Single Sign-On across modules
Because authentication is shared across the platform, signing in once automatically authenticates you across all available modules during the same session.
For example:
If you log in through the Mention module, you are also authenticated for the Review and Contact modules.
You can switch between modules from the global navigation without logging in again.
Single sign-on allows you to move between modules without needing to sign in again during the same session.
Module activation
Logging in to the platform does not automatically grant access to all modules.
Access depends on both:
Your organisation’s subscription
The licences assigned to your user account
A module may be included in your organisation’s plan, but access can still be limited to specific users. As a result, two users from the same organisation may not have access to the same modules.
If a module is not available to your user account:
A diamond icon appears next to the module name in the navigation.
The module remains locked.
Selecting it opens a page explaining the module and inviting you to contact the Onclusive Commercial team.
If you believe you should have access to a module, contact your platform administrator or your Onclusive account manager.
Password change
You can change your password from the settings of the module you are currently using.
Password changes are managed at the module level. Changing your password in one module does not change the password used for the other modules.
However, single sign-on still applies across the Unified Platform. Once you are logged in, you can still switch between available modules during the same session without signing in again.
Logout
Logging out ends your session across the entire platform.
To log out:
Because authentication is shared across modules, logging out from one module logs you out of the entire Unified Platform session.
