This article explains how to navigate the Onclusive Unified Platform.
The Unified Platform uses a shared navigation on the left side of the interface. From this navigation, you can open the modules available in your plan. Inside each module, a page navigation bar at the top of the screen allows you to move between pages within that module.
Switch between modules
The global navigation bar appears on the left side of the platform interface.
It displays the modules available in the Unified Platform and allows you to switch between them at any time.
The Unified Platform currently includes these modules:
Mention: Self-service media monitoring.
Review: Media monitoring and intelligence managed by experts.
Contact: Media contact and outreach management.
Each module is licensed independently. Access to one module does not automatically include access to the others. If a module is available to you, you can open it directly from the left navigation. If it is locked, select it to view the access message.
All users see the same module navigation, regardless of their subscription.
Navigate inside a module
After opening a module, use the page navigation bar at the top of the interface to move between pages within that module.
The available pages depend on the module you are currently using.
Navigate Mention
In the Mention module, use the top navigation to move between the following pages:
Search – Create and configure monitoring searches using keywords or Boolean queries.
All Mentions – Review and filter the coverage collected by your searches.
Topics – Group mentions around specific themes or events to analyse story development.
Manage – Manage searches, alerts, and monitoring configuration.
Reports – Generate exports and reports from your monitoring data.
Chart Analytics – Analyse coverage trends using charts and visual dashboards.
Select a page from the top navigation to open the workflow you want to work in.
Navigate Review
In the Review module, use the top navigation to move between the following pages:
Monitoring – Review and filter collected coverage.
Analytics – Analyse coverage using dashboards and charts.
Library – Access saved press reviews and archived content.
Select a page from the top navigation to open the workflow you want to work in.
Navigate Contact
In the Contact module, use the top navigation to move between the following pages:
Dashboard – View an overview of your recent activity and key communication metrics.
Response Desk – Manage incoming media enquiries and conversations.
Contact Hub – Access curated journalist insights and media intelligence.
Contacts – Search, manage, and organise journalist and outlet profiles.
Coverage – Track and analyse published coverage related to your organisation.
Planning and Analysis – Plan campaigns and review communication performance.
Select a page from the top navigation to open the workflow you want to work in.
Access Settings
Settings are available from the bottom of the left navigation.
Open the module you want to work in.
Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left navigation bar.
The settings panel displays configuration options related to the module you are currently using. The options available depend on your access permissions and the features included in your plan.
Access Help
Help resources are available from the platform interface.
Open the module you want to work in.
Click the Help icon at the bottom of the left navigation bar.
The help space adapts to the module you are currently using so the guidance matches the tools visible on your screen.
From the Help space you can:
Access Help Center articles
Ask Otto, the AI assistant
Contact the Support team
Launch guided product tours
View product updates and announcements
Logout
When you finish your session, log out from your account menu.
Click your profile picture or initials in the platform navigation.
Select 'Log out'.
After you log out, your session ends across the Unified Platform.
