What Is the Onclusive Unified Platform?

Written by Mounir Mouslim

This article provides an overview of the Onclusive Unified Platform and explains how the different modules function within the platform.

The Onclusive Unified Platform brings several PR and communications tools into a single interface.

Instead of switching between separate applications, you can access multiple workflows from one environment using shared navigation and a single login.

Each module supports a specific part of the communications workflow. While the interface is unified, the data and processes within each module remain independent.

What it means for you

Using the Onclusive Unified Platform changes how you access and navigate Onclusive tools, while keeping the workflows of each module intact.

Shared navigation

All modules appear in the global navigation bar on the left side of the platform.

Select a module to open it.

Inside each module, use the page navigation bar at the top of the screen to move between pages.

Example:

In the Review module, you can switch between:

  • Monitoring

  • Analytics

  • Library

For more details, see Navigate the Unified Platform.

Single login

The Unified Platform uses a shared authentication system.

You log in once and can move between modules without signing in again.

Logging out from the platform ends your session across all modules.

For more details, see Log in & Password Change.

Module-specific settings

Settings depend on the module you are currently using.

To access settings:

  1. From the left navigation, select the module you want to work in.

  2. Click the Settings icon at the bottom of the left navigation bar.

The settings panel displays configuration options for the module currently open.

For example:

  • Settings opened while using the Review module apply only to Review.

Contextual help section

Help resources adapt to the module you are currently using.

When you open the Help menu, the platform displays support resources related to the module currently open. This include the dedicated AI agent, Help Center articles, and other module-specific guidance, so the help content matches the tools visible on your screen.

Modules available in the platform

The Unified Platform includes several modules that support different parts of the communications workflow.

Each module operates independently but is accessible from the same platform navigation.

Mention (formerly Onclusive 360)

Self-service media monitoring.

The Mention module allows you to track media coverage and online conversations using custom monitoring searches.

You can monitor:

  • Over 60,000 print sources

  • More than 3 million online sources

  • Over 12,000 broadcast and podcast channels

  • Major social media platforms

Using Boolean searches, alerts, and analytics tools, you can identify relevant stories and analyse trends across media coverage.

You can also access up to 12 months of historical data to track story development and understand trends within the same monitoring workflow.

Review (formerly Onclusive Reputation)

Media monitoring and intelligence managed by experts.

The Review module provides a managed monitoring service combining global media coverage, editorial expertise, and analytics tools. It helps communications teams analyse coverage and produce reports such as press reviews.

Within the module you can:

  • Read and filter coverage on the Monitoring page

  • Analyse trends on the Analytics page

  • Access reports and press reviews in the Library page

These tools help you organise coverage, analyse performance, and share insights with stakeholders.

Contact (formerly PR Manager)

Media contact and outreach management.

The Contact module helps you manage journalist relationships and media outreach activities.

It provides access to:

  • A database of 300,000+ verified journalists

  • Tools for building and maintaining media lists

  • Email distribution for press releases and announcements

  • Outreach performance tracking

The module also includes a global events calendar covering 250,000+ upcoming events across 140 categories to support campaign planning.

Access to each module is plan-based. If a module is not included in your plan, it appears in the left navigation with a diamond icon and opens a locked page.

Measure

Strategic intelligence and communications performance measurement.

The Measure module helps you analyse communications performance and turn data into insights that support reporting and decision-making.

Measure currently includes GEO Analytics, which helps you understand how AI engines describe, rank, compare, and cite your brand across selected markets and categories.

Use GEO Analytics to analyse:

  • Brand visibility in AI-generated answers

  • Brand ranking compared with competitors

  • Brand perception and positioning

  • Competitors mentioned in AI-generated answers

  • Sources cited by AI engines

  • Results by market, category, AI engine, and report version

Unlock modules

Access to modules in the Unified Platform is plan-based.

If a module is included in your organisation’s subscription and your user account has access, the module opens normally.

If a module is not included in your plan:

  • The module appears in the left navigation with a diamond icon

  • Clicking the module opens a locked page

  • The page provides information about the module and an option to contact the Onclusive Commercial team
